Opening an account
- How do I open an account?
Opening an account with us is easy. Simply visit our Login page and click on the 'Apply for Account' button. You will be asked a series of easy to answer questions, which have been designed to gain all the information we need, first time. Once your completed registration form has been submitted we will send you an email confirming your account details, with a username and password to enable you to order online.
- How long does it take?
We aim to complete the process within 24hours. If we do have any problems we will contact you using the phone number provided.
- I don’t have an account with you; can I still place an order?
Unfortunately we cannot process an order online without an account. In certain cases however we can process an order placed over the phone, with immediate payment made at the time of ordering. Please contact our Customer Services team for more details.
Signing into the website
- Where do I log in?
Whatever page you are viewing on our website you will always find a Login/Register link in the top right-hand corner of the page, which will take you to our log in page.
- How do I know my log in details?
When you open an account with us we will send you an email confirmation, which will include your log in details. If you are an existing customer and no longer have these details to hand, you can easily request a reminder email by clicking here. If you are still experiencing trouble please feel free to contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to help.
- I am new to online ordering, do I need to register?
Yes you do. Registering for an online account is quick and easy, simply visit our log in page and click on the 'Register for Web Account' button. You will be asked for your account name and number, and for a delivery point (address). A confirmation email will be sent confirming your log in details.
If you have yet to open an account with us you will need do this first by clicking on the 'Apply for Account' button.
- What happens if I enter the wrong details?
There is no need to worry. If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by clicking here.
- I have forgotten my username and/or password. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your username we can send you a reminder email; if you've forgotten your password, it can easily be reset. Both can be requested by clicking here.
- Why am I being asked to select account/delivery point?
Your username has full access to all the accounts registered against your account number. This could be because you have more than one department, setting or building which may place their orders separately from each other. Select the account/delivery point which is relevant to you. If you need to switch your delivery point before submitting your order, you can easily do this by clicking on the link displayed in the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Can I change my account details online?
You will be able to change your name, online password and email address online, for all other details you will need to contact our Customer Services team.
- Can I add people to my account?
To help make buying easy you can register multiple users and delivery points against your web account number. To add a new user simply complete our New Web Account request form, alternatively you can contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to help.
- Can I add an alternative delivery address to my account?
Yes. Simply call our Customer Services team who will be happy to add a new delivery point to your account. Please note: new delivery points will need to be added to your account before an order can be placed against the new address.
